PIR/100 mm thick wall and ceiling panel /40-42 kg per m3 Density / 
Cladding 0.5mm Pre painted GI sheets with protective film with ribs.

Supply & installation of Insulated panel accessories

All panel accessories supplied and installed shall be L shaped pre-
painted galvanized steel sheets for ceiling the external corners and 
aluminum angles for the internal Corner joints duly fixed with rivets 
and special silicon. Plinth & coving Plinth & coving will supply on the corners.

Supply and Installation of Flooring works 

100mm Thick insulated panels with 12mm WBP plywood and 
finished with Tuff coating.

Supply and Installation of Refrigeration units,
Refrigeration Accessories, control panels

 Hermetic unit for chiller
1 Nos of Tecumseh or equivalent Condensing unit with Tecumseh or 
equivalent compressor & 1 Nos of LUVE or equivalent Evaporator
each.
Walk in chiller.
• Room Temperature Designed: +20C. 

Supply and Installation of Hinged Doors

(900mm x 1900mm) same finish as that of wall and ceiling, complete 
with accessories like Rubber gaskets, Internal safety release handle 
etc.

Supply and Installation of Safety Valves

Compensation valve shall be assembled in the Cold Room to 
balance the low pressure caused by air cooling and the external 
pressure for each door.

Supply and Installation of Tube Lights 

Vapor Proof LED TUBE lights with Waterproof Switches.

Testing and Commissioning of the refrigeration units and achieve the designed temperature.
